Our intention for the Luscious Supper Club is to create something out of the ordinary and truly remarkable. We believe that sharing delicious food feeds more than the physical body; it also nourishes connection, generosity, friendship, and joy. We aspire to have you leave more lit up than when you arrived and have that light stay with you long after the evening has ended.
The Story of Luscious
Rose had wanted to start a supper club for years, and the time finally presented itself. In October of 2022, Rose sat with Eve in the Les Schwab parking lot while her winter tires were being put on. As all Bendies know, that takes hours! During that time Rose told Eve of her plans. As all the words, ideas, and excitement tumbled out of Rose, Eve immediately knew she wanted to be a part of it. In the weeks after, the two met and flushed out their plans, going over every element from the moment guests arrived at the door to the final farewell. What would the energy in the room feel like? What kind of music would be playing? What seasonal ingredients will be featured? How many courses will be served? Where will coats go? How can we surprise and delight? What would help the 14 strangers feel like brand new friends? Setting the stage (or in our case the dining room) for connection and inspiration was the driving force behind the launch of the Luscious Supper Club. The question they asked themselves over and over again was an important one. How can we inspire true connection and joy at the table?
Each supper has its’ own vibe, a new menu, and a new group of people. The one constant in each evening is that it represents a culmination of decades of experience in food and hospitality. Rose and Eve bring the best aspects of authentic hospitality and passion for food to the Luscious dining room. You can’t miss it. It’s delicious food, good energy, and it’s shared with everyone.
