  • Rose Archer - Executive Chef / Founder

    Rose’s passion for food was instilled in her at a very young age. Highly driven, Rose graduated from the Les Cordon Bleu - Western Culinary Institute in 1998 at 19 years old in the top 5% of her class. She then moved to Los Angeles to work at the top-rated restaurants Spago’s, Campanile, and Les Deux Cafes under the incredible chefs Nancy Silverton, Suzanne Goin, Kim Sklar, Sherry Yard, Wolfgang Puck, and David Wynne.   • Jojo Buss - Sous Chef

    Jojo was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where she grew up watching her father cook. While helping him prepare dinners and find recipes, she developed a love for being in the kitchen. After graduating college in Vermont, she spent a handful of years working in the outdoor industry all over the Western United States. She finally settled in Bend in 2017 and continued to cook and bake at home. But after a few years, she decided to truly follow her passion for food and started working in kitchens throughout town. Jojo is incredibly excited to join this all-female kitchen team and explore her passion for fine dining.

  • Heidi Huggin - Dining Rooms Manager

    Heidi grew up in upstate New York, where her love of food, nature, and family took root. For the first part of her life, her family owned a natural food store and grew an enormous garden. It was alongside her parents and grandfather where she learned to grow, cook, and love healthy food. After graduating from college with a double major in Environmental Studies & Nature Writing, Heidi moved west, landing in Bend in 2001. She has raised her 2 boys are here, and leads a very active life with them and her husband. Over the past 10 years, Heidi studied to become a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and, most recently, graduated with honors as a Holistic Chef. Heidi’s passion for beautiful food and sharing it with others is at the core of who she is. Landing at Luscious is a way for her to help foster community and share her passion. In her spare time, Heidi can be found in her garden, on a trail with her 2 pups, skiing or volunteering as Vice President of the Board of Directors at MBSEF.

  • Emily Baird - Dining Room Server

    Since 2007, Emily has been part of Bend's hospitality scene, driven by a passion for food and entertaining. After college, she pursued a career in financial planning, where she continues to work full time. However, her heart still lies in the food industry, and she felt the need to return to her roots one special weekend a month.

    While Emily has worked in Bend restaurants for many years, it's the people—the team and regular guests—that kept her coming back. “There's a thrill that comes along with anticipating a guest's need before they even know it”. Working at Luscious is Emily's joyful escape, where she connects with the team and guests, indulging in her love for serving and tasting Rose's incredible food.

    At home, Emily enjoys cooking for the people she cares about, reading, and daily dog walks. She and her husband are busy chasing their twin toddlers and loving every minute of it. Beyond her professional endeavors, Emily is dedicated to building community, serving on the nonprofit boards of Bend Women for Good and the Central Oregon Estate Planning Council. Emily believes in authenticity, cherishing connections, finding humor in everyday moments, and seeking meaning in all she does.

  • Cade Mourton - Kitchen + Personal Assistant

    Cade is a high school senior at Summit High in Bend. Cade attended a dinner with his family in July of 2024 and bravely asked if he could come back and volunteer in the kitchen. Cade has come back every month for a year to learn everything he can about cooking and the business. Cade has earned a paid position as a kitchen and personal assistant to Rose. This new position will allow him to learn everything he can to be set up for a successful career in hospitality.

  • Alisa Betz - Kitchen Asst + Bookkepper

    Alisa and Rose met years ago when they were both on the board of FAN, a local non-profit that helps children living in poverty. Alisa currently works as a Bend-LaPine school librarian, bookkeeper, and kitchen assistant at Luscious Supper club.

  • Jessie Russell - Kitchen Assistant

    Jessie and Rose met in their 20s when they were on a roller derby team together! Jessie was a professor at COCC for many years as part of the Wilderness Leadership program. Jessie is now following her heart as it leads her to discover what her next steps in life are. Her passion for connecting women and working as part of a team makes her a huge asset to Luscious Supper Club.

  • Alisha Olivier - Luscious Sommelier

    Alisha Olivier is an artist devoted to creating experiences that awaken the soul, delight the senses, and celebrate the beauty of life. Her career bridges wellness, personal growth, food, wine, and hospitality — a seamless tapestry of artistry and service.

    She began her journey in hospitality under visionary Ian Schrager, at his Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles. Immersed in the world of creativity and culture, as a concierge, Alisha discovered her gift for anticipating needs, curating exquisite experiences, and creating memories guests would cherish for a lifetime. She was later selected to be part of the opening team for Schrager’s first international property in London — an experience that deepened her understanding of hospitality on a global level.

    Her path then turned inward — to the transformative realm of human potential — where she became a lead educator, and Director of Seminars for Deepak Chopra, before founding her own lifestyle and wellness brand dedicated to personal transformation and soulful living. Her work in this field continues to support individuals in healing, growth, and living with greater authenticity and purpose.

    Now, Alisha joins the team at Luscious Supper Club as Director of Wine. Alisha brings her expertise to elevate the wine program — infusing this new chapter of Luscious with her signature blend of soulful hospitality, artistry, and connection around the table.

  • Jenny Howard - Wine Steward

    Born into an entertaining family (in all senses of the word), Jenny quickly realized that her inherited proclivity for cooking and catering offered job opportunities regardless of where she landed. Over the years, she’s enjoyed some side dabbles outside of the kitchen as well, including management gigs at a culinary retail boutique, a neighborhood wine bar, and at the Wente Family Vineyards Tasting Room in Livermore, California.
